This glute-focused exercise program includes 4 training days per week, for 6 weeks, along with weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls. It is a time-efficient program that assists participants in gaining strength and power. (I'm just trying to help you get those Megan knees and help your back feel better!)
The poetry workshop is a 6-week workshop that meets once a meet. Participants will read and discuss poems to help them develop their craft. Participants will have the opportunity to workshop at least 2 poems. A reading list and reading materials will be provided. Materials include a writing journal and copy of my book, Uses of My Body.
